At Cups24 (Southern Paper & Packaging), we operate as a U.S. factory-direct manufacturer. We understand the importance of timely delivery for your business operations. Our goal is to provide a transparent and efficient shipping process for all our customers.

1. Shipping Territory

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States (Contiguous U.S.). For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our support team at dazhuangli@printswiftly.com.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our website.

  • No hidden handling fees or surcharges are applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Our total delivery time is estimated by combining the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

  • Handling Time (Processing):

    • Stock Items: Orders for non-printed items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Custom Printed Items: Production for custom orders begins after final artwork approval. Please refer to your specific order confirmation for custom production lead times.

  • Transit Time (Shipping): Once dispatched, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their stock orders within 4–7 business days.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and professional delivery, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • LTL Freight (for high-volume pallet shipments)

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been picked up from our Norcross, Georgia facility, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please provide a physical street address. We generally cannot ship bulk paper cup orders to P.O. Boxes due to the size of the packaging.

  • Address Corrections: If you need to change your shipping address, please call us at +1 404 901 0411 within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute it.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check your surrounding area and contact the carrier before reaching out to us.
