As a manufacturer, we strive for the highest accuracy. However:

  • Color Variations: Please note that on-screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from physical printed results (CMYK). We are not responsible for minor color shifts.

  • Artwork Approval: For custom orders, production begins only after the customer approves the digital proof. Once approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for any errors in the original design, including typos or color choices.

  • Production Tolerances: Standard industry manufacturing tolerances apply to quantities and physical dimensions.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LOGO RIGHTS

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Cups24, you represent and warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the submitted content violates third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
